Fantastic regional cuisine. Huge portion. Price-performance ratio is right. Highly Recommended.

It was absolutely brilliant. Food absolutely top class. Sau delicious Top portions Service friendly and competent. An absolute must! We'll be back for sure. PS. The best I've seen and eaten in Husum so far.

The food is special. Simple dishes have been enhanced and real specialties on the menu. Seasonal regional dishes are offered. Greatly decorated and really tasty. Service was good, the restaurant itself is well furnished. Prices are fair for what you get.

We have just been here and spent a lovely evening. The service is perfect in my opinion. Subtle but very attentive. And the food was delicious. When I'm in Husum again, I know where to go to eat. Great praise??

Very tasty and freshly prepared food. Even the kid's schnitzel was freshly breaded. Nice ambience, gladly again.

A short vacation in Husum in October is something special, at least I thought. And then have a delicious meal in the evening. Especially since I assumed that the people from the coast are also really good at preparing fish. That's why we went to the "Compass". I ordered a Neptune plate with herring, plaice and redfish plus fried potatoes. Just a failure! I'm happy to show the cook how to prepare fish and fried potatoes. Salt, pepper and dill can be used there. And mushy, lukewarm fried potatoes are not a big hit either. No recommendation from me, I just call it tailoring !!!

The staff is friendly, polite and accommodating. Food is tasty and tasty. You can feel comfortable here.

The restaurant is nice. The service was super friendly and took time for you. The food was delicious and the waiting time was okay. My rump steak was fried to the point and the degree of doneness was exactly as desired. You sit very nicely and the entire atmosphere is warm and cozy.

We had ordered the fish platter. Ample portion, very well prepared. Outside you have a view of the harbor and the drawbridge. Friendly service. We recommend!

The gurnard from the menu of the day and the husum type of plaice with crabs were both delicious. The fried potatoes as a side dish are also very successful. The service was courteous and nice. Price-performance ratio great, for 4 drinks and the above Main courses ~ 55 €. We'd love to come back again, should we be in Husum again.

Nice friendly service, unfortunately both the fish fillets and the fried potatoes were way too greasy for my taste. Unfortunately everything was swimming in fat, so I can only give 4 stars because of the really good service.

A lot has changed since we were there 6 years ago. The new ambience is very nice ... but we liked the rustic better before. But that doesn't change anything about the delicious food we got again. Definitely worth a visit again and again.

We went here 3 times and every time it was delicious! We sat right on the water, very romantic. The pedestrians didn't bother, on the contrary it was kind of cozy. The inside of the restaurant is also very cute. Very friendly and attentive peroanal! The portion sizes are full and lovingly arranged. We would love to come back.

The staff is always friendly. Even if the prices seem a bit high, it is worth the food. They are big portions and they are fresh. We go eat here every year.

Great restaurant. Tasty quality food (we all has seafood dishes) and friendly staff. There is both inside and outside seating with view of the harbor.

Really unfriendly staff member didn't really like us to occupy an outside table with our son who is in a large wheelchair. First we were 'in her way' and when we moved she said that this was 'ok for the time being'. Although the other guests were really friendly and helpful, we decided to leave. On our way out I hopped into the restaurant to explain to the owner why we were not staying. He listened but didn't react at all. The staff member said that they are really wheelchair friendly, even had a wheelchair toilet! - Well, they need to turn up their 'welcome' a notch or two to persons in wheelchairs and their family/friends. Not recommended.
